We worked together to complete different tasks related to height at stations around the classroom. We measured and recorded our heights, creating a frequency table. Using Excel, we used this data to create graphs.
We discovered that our armspan is the same as our height! We practised estimating the heights of different objects in the room. Using a game, we converted units of measurement. We had fun ordering the heights of different animals. We were amazed at how tall a Grizzly Bear is when it's standing up!
