This year we aren't getting to have our usual Ballykeel Sports day in the playground but instead we are going to have a Big Ballykeel Back Garden Sports Day on Sat 13th June. To help us all prepare we are going to be using theHealthy Kidz website and app to guide us through our training. This great resource has been set up by Spar and Vivo NI. All you need to do is
1. Register on the website.
2. Download the app shown below for android or apple.
Within 24hrs of registering you should receive your username and password by email to allow you to access the app.
You can download the Healthy Kidz guide from our attachment or on the website and it will tell you what do do each week from jumping to sprinting to welly tossing to egg and spoon racing! It then gets even better, you can record your times using the app and compete against your fellow classmates in Ballykeel. I wonder who in your class will be be able to jump the highest?
If our school gets itself involved enough we could even win some prizes for the school!
