OPEN ENROLMENT FOR NURSERY – SEPTEMBER 2021

Please see below the timetable for the online procedure for NURSERY APPLICATIONS for admission in SEPTEMBER 2021.

 

In the current situation we have been instructed not to have our usual Open Afternoon.  If this is your first association with Ballykeel, or you have never had a child in the nursery unit, and would like to see round and ask us some questions, please feel free to ring and make an appointment.

Keep an eye on the school’s website as the nursery staff will be posting a video of life in the nursery in early December.

THURSDAY 7TH JANUARY 2021

12noon - PRE-SCHOOL APPLICATION PROCEDURE OPENS ONLINE PORTAL

Please note that the CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE must be provided to the 1st preference school/nursery at time of application.

Please ensure that you enter your email address when you are completing your application online. This is how the school will communicate with you.

Any other supporting documentation must be to the 1st Preference – if in receipt of benefit defined under the ‘Socially Disadvantaged’ criterion must provide verification. Guidance on how to obtain a ‘Benefit Verification Form – Socially Disadvantaged’ will be available when completing the Application online.

FRIDAY 29TH JANUARY 2021

12noon - CLOSING DATE & TIME for Stage 1 applications

The online portal will no longer be available to apply.

Parents must submit an application and documents in support of their application.

An application received after this date and time will be treated as ‘LATE’ in Stage 1.

WEDNESDAY 28TH APRIL 2021

Stage 1 closes. Parents will receive notification of outcome of application via Online Portal and the school will email parents of ‘accepted’ children on Wednesday 28th April 2021.
