As part of our WAU theme 'Prove It' we have been thinking about how the Mesolthic people got their food. As well as learning about hunting, we also talked about how the females would have foraged for wild fruits and berries. The girls in our class had a look around the school grounds for possible food sources. We came back to class and showed the boys what we had found, then we all sampled some berries.
Please don't try eating anything you find outdoors in case it isn't safe - the berries we tasted were all bought in Tesco!!!
