Or would you like to find out more about the programme and how to help your child relax and calm down at home, perhaps help them with their frustrations or worries? Then come along next Monday 4th March for a workshop with Arlene who has been running Fresh Little Minds with the children in school and find out what they have been doing, how you can help your children and all about where to get any of the products the children have been using. The big bonus is a lot of the techniques are free and easy to do at home!
