On Monday 14th January Grainne from the NSPCC visited our classroom. She talked to the pupils about how to keep safe and gave advice about off lots of strategies they could use if they were worried or sad.
The children were taught about the different types of child abuse and shown examples of what this could look like. Grainne then gave some examples of scenarios and the pupils, in groups, discussed how they would handle each. There were some very useful ideas suggested and Grainne was very impressed with the class's responses.
