We have been learning lots about the farm and finding out where our food comes from. Today we were thinking about all the things we can make from milk. Miss McGlaughlin brought in a special butter churn, we were very excited to make our own butter. We added cream and some fresh milk from Miss McConnell’s farm. We then had to take turns to stir the mixture up until the butter formed. We got to sample the butter on a cracker, it was delicious.
