The class had a visit from Hayley from Action Mental Health. She delivered a very enthusiastic presentation to the class on this extremely important matter. The children enjoyed learning about the importance of mental health and how they can take care of it. Hopefully the children will feel more able to approach an adult at home or at school if they have any worries - remember its important to speak up, don't keep your worries to yourself!
