Primary 3 have been practising their 'sh', 'ch' and 'th' digraphs. They also played a 'Crunch' game today. The game helped Primary 3 to read the high frequency words they have been trying so hard to learn. Each player took it in turn to reveal a card and if the player could read the word on the card they kept it, but if not play passed to the next player. If however a 'Crunch' card was revealed the player lost all their cards. Primary 3 liked this game especially when they were not the player revealing the 'Crunch' card.
