Today Primary 6 were expanding contracted words to discover the 2 words making up each contraction they were presented with. They did this by completing a clip it activity where they had to put 2 clothes pegs on the words making a contraction and then they had to record the words on their record grid. Primary 6 were very good at the clip it activity and enjoyed it a lot.
