Tuesday 25th Feb we have Aware NI coming in to do a fantastic course for all and any parents/ carers called Mood Matters. I have attatched their flyer, but if you are interested in finding out more check out their website www.aware-ni.org. This is a great course for adults, looking at your own self-care and mental health, learning more for both your self or awareness of those around you and learning skills to help not only you, but your own family on a daily basis.
The course will run from 10-12.30 on Tuesday 25th Feb in The Board Room and I will have drinks and snacks to keep us going.
