Jo from the RSPB came into school to tell us all about the birds that we might find around our school and home. She told us all about them and how we could recognise them. Jo had toy birds that played their birdsong and we liked listening to them. Then we walked around our school grounds and noted all the birds that we saw through our binoculars. We saw rooks, robins, magpies, coaltits, blackbirds, crows, bluetits and a chaffinch. It was a lovely morning.
