Today we met with our friends from St. Brigid's Primary to carry out a world around us activity. We worked in groups to design a boat that would float. Making our boat was great fun but we had to think very carefully by following our planning notes, making sure that everyone had a job in each group and ensure that we made good decisions when choosing our materials. The boats look fantastic and we will test them out using the water tray to see if they float or sink!
