Today we had a visit from Cancer Focus. We learned about the importance of reading food labels carefully before choosing food in a shop. We also discussed the difference between processed and fresh food. The P4s were able to display the amount of fat, sugar and salt in a variety of foods, then decide if it would be a healthy choice or not.
