P5 Visit from Mental Health Action.

Last Friday P5 took part in a workshop with David from Mental Health Action.  They learnt how in order to have good mental health they should "take five".  They need to learn, be active, give, take notice and connect with others.  They really enjoyed taking part in the different activities.
