Recently we have been learning about 2D shapes, and in particular the different quadrilaterals and how to recognise them. The quadrilaterals we have been are learning about are: square, rectangle, rhombus, parallelogram, trapezium and kite. We then worked together to carry out a Maths Investigation where we had to see how many different quadrilaterals we could make on a 3x3 geoboard (a real one or on the iPads). Some quadrilaterals were regular shapes and some were irregular. Have a look at our pictures to see how we got on!
