P5 MA took advantage of the fair weather on Tuesday afternoon and did a bit of gardening in the Prince's Trust garden. This is our allocated area in the school grounds and it had become quite overgrown during the summer months. So we did a bit of weeding and planted some pansies to brighten up the area. Mr McKendry helped us by sawing some overgrown branches. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh air and the pupils loved working outdoors. Have a look at the photos to see us hard at work!
