On Tuesday 8th January all P6 pupils attended a 'food & Fitness' programme organised by the Dairy Council.
The children took part in a very interactive and physical workshop that promoted a simple message. This message was to eat a healthy, balanced diet and combine this with ample exercise. Have a look at the photographs and the video to get a flavour of what we got up to!
