The children from both classes attended an assembly taken by Kathryn and Ellen from the Dairy Council. They came along to talk about the importance of food and fitness and made it clear to the children it was "All about getting the balance right." It was. Very interactive assembly where the children learned songs and raps to help them remember their message. Have a look below to see what they were up to.
