Today was fantastic fun for the children and also very inspiring. They had the opportunity to find out all about a real-life Commonwealth silver medallist Laura Samuel and hear about how she got into the sport, her training regime and the importance of healthy eating. The children also participated in a circuit sessions which they found hard, sweaty and fun! A super experience for all!
