As we prepare to make the transition from primary- to post-primary school, we have been taking part in all kinds of transition-based activities. Most recently, we had a visit from the guys at Scripture Union who took us through the 'It's Your Move' programme and gave us a really useful activity book that will help us with aspects of our next steps.
