The children had great fun making pancakes with Mrs Henry on Shrove Tuesday. We made a shopping list together so Mrs Henry knew what ingredients to buy. We all helped make the pancakes, and of course everyone enjoyed eating them! We then wrote a recipe, explaining what to do. Could you have a go at writing a shopping list, or writing a simple recipe, at home with your child? It’s a fun way to practise sounding out and writing! Mrs Henry would love to see what you get up to!
