Today we had our first session with Patricia, our new Jigsaw worker. She is going to work with the class over the next few weeks on coping strategies for any worries they may have. Today we talked about all the different emotions we may feel and how our body react to these feelings. There was a lot of great discussions and sharing of ideas.
