On Monday 23rd October there was a meeting held in Ballykeel PS with members of the Board of Governors from Ballykeel and St Brigid’s PS.
This meeting was to inform the Governors from both schools about the collaborative work that has been taking place between our schools for the past five years.
There were six pupils present at the meeting; three from Ballykeel PS (Hannah Ritchie, Luke Woulahan and Sam Simpson) and three from St Brigid’s PS.
The pupils shared about their experiences of Shared Education and about the trips, activities and classes they have been involved in. The Governors were very impressed by the pupils, their responses and all the collaborative work that is taking place between our two schools.
