Today we took part in the RSPB national Birdwatch. We went to the outdoor classroom in the Secret Garden and armed with binoculars, we waited patiently for birds to appear. Then we recorded how many birds we saw and what types of birds they were. We saw crows, seagulls, blackbirds and magpies. Then our teacher entered the results online to make sure the RSPB has a picture of how birds of the UK are doing right now.
