World Mental Health Day in P5MA

As part of World Mental Health Day we have been taking part in a variety of activities to boost our mental health and emotional wellbeing. We looked at strategies to develop our emotional resilience, such as learning to "bounce" when confronted with a difficult situation. We did some chair yoga and went outside to do PE as well.
