The boys and girls in P1 have been learning about 2D shapes. We had a shape picnic to explore different shapes in our environment. We cut our sandwiches into triangles, squares and rectangles. We also had dairylea triangles as well as circle biscuits. We did all this sitting on square picnic rugs. What a great day we had!
