Colette from Action Mental Health visited our class on Thursday 3rd September to deliver a workshop entitled ‘Healthy Me.’
We talked a lot about our thoughts, feelings and behaviour particularly about returning to school and life during lockdown. This was really useful for the children to ‘open up’ about how they are feeling and to discuss lots of different ways to look after our mental health.
