Netball League

Netball League matches

The week beginning 7th January the netball team will play a series of matches against other primary schools in our local area. One match will be played each week over the course of 6 weeks. We will play three home and three away matches. Exact dates of matches are to follow and once arranged, those selected to play in each match will be given a note and permission slip to be signed and returned to Miss Kane. Below is a list of the schools we will play against on each of the 6 weeks:

• Week 1: Carniny v Ballykeel (Away)
• Week 2: Ballykeel v Kells & Connor (Home)
• Week 3: Carnaghts v Ballykeel (Away)
• Week 4: Ballykeel v St. Patrick's Glenariff (Home)
• Week 5: The Diamond v Ballykeel (Away)
• Week 6: Ballykeel v Moorfields (Home)

If any changes take place the website will be updated and the children notified. The League is an excellent experience for the girls as it develops their confidence in preparation for the tournament which will follow in March! Thank-you for supporting the girls and please continue to do this throughout the matches!
