As you know, our theme this term is 'Lighten Up' where we are giving the children the opportunity to learn all about LIGHT! Over the coming weeks, the children from both schools will be getting together to carry out various experiments. Our first experiment focused on the words TRANSPARENT, TRANSLUCENT and OPAQUE. The children worked in mixed groups to investigate different materials, making sure they followed the same rules as the rest of the groups ensuring the experiment was fair. It was a fun and beneficial activity for the children and we are looking forward to more experiments!
